  • If the client cancels the project before work begins.

  • Change of mind after the service has started.
  • Delays caused by the client such as lack of required information or approvals.
  • Third-party service fees such as domain registrations, hosting, plugins, or external tools.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on the stage of project completion. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and resources utilized up to the time of cancellation.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to our support team with complete project details and the reason for the request.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

7. Payment Gateway Charges

Any transaction or payment gateway fees charged during the payment process are non-refundable. Refunds, if approved, will only apply to the service amount.
