All services provided by FuzzAds require payment as agreed in the project proposal or contract.
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
FuzzAds retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
FuzzAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services related to the claim.
Project timelines may be affected if the client delays providing necessary information, feedback, approvals, or required resources.
Either party may terminate the project or service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to meet agreed obligations.
FuzzAds reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
